Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Course Enrollment:

1.1. Enrollment Cancellation: Dropouts will be considered as a no-show. In this case, a refund will not be considered. Please contact the instructor to request a cancellation within 5 days of the course start Date. Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to the refund policy outlined below.

2. Refund Policy:

2.1. Eligibility: Refunds are available only for course fees paid directly to our website and are subject to the following conditions:

    a. Course cancellation requests made within the specified cancellation period mentioned above are eligible for a 75% refund of the course fee after deduction of taxes and relevant expenditure.

    b. Refund requests made after the lapse of cancellation period will not be refunded.

2.2. Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees are non-refundable, including any third-party transaction fees or charges or taxes incurred during the payment process.

3. Refund Process:

3.1. Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact our support team via email with your enrolment details and the reason for your refund request. The Email id is refund.yeshiva@gmail.com

3.2. Refund Method: Refunds, when approved, will be issued using the original payment method used for enrolments. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

3.3. Payment Process: All fees will be paid online via available payments gateways and recognized by their countries governments. We may replace or change the same based on situational issues. i.e Razorpay, Instamojo, Paypal etc..

4. Course Completion and Satisfaction

4.1. Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive to provide high-quality courses that meet your expectations. If, after completing a course, you are not satisfied with the content or the learning experience, please contact our customer support team to discuss your concerns. We value your feedback and will work with you to address any issues. However no refund will be entertained once a student has started the course or completed it.

4.2. Please note that these policies apply to course fees paid directly to our website. We do not have any  third-party platform or reseller who is authorized to collect fees or money on our behalf. If you have paid any fees to any other website or third party unrecognized by us we will not be responsible and keep ourselves indemnified in such case.
